RARE Sharp Z-HC1 COPYMATE (JDM Version) Portable Scan/Print With A/C Adapter

JDM-Japan Domestic Market Consumer Electronics: Sharp COPYMATE HANDY COPY Z-HC1. Portable wand scanner with attached printer. A new boxed package of 5 rolls of SHARP thermal print paper is bundled with this. The unit runs on three rechargeable internal cells (the ones in this unit are dead and will not hold a charge).  It also runs using the supplied A/C adapter. The unit has been fully tested verifying that all functions are fully operational with the exception of the internal cells that need to be replaced. The unit and the owners manual are written in Japanese. To scan ENGLISH documents you must hold the wand with the blue start button on the scan wand facing to the left while swiping to the right. The Black switch on main unit is Off/On. The first Gray slide switch from the top selects scanning for graphics or print. The second is Zoom off/On switch. The third is a Layout On/Off switch. Under the SHARP logo are two push buttons. The gray button will reprint the last scan. The red button will clear memory of last scan. THIS UNIT RUNS WHEN PLUGGED IN USING THE A/C ADAPTER. IT DOES NOT RUN ON THE DEPLETED CELLS!
