Description

M939 series 5 ton alternator for M939 A2 trucks with the 8.3 Liter turbocharged C series Cummins diesel.  This kit will fit M923a2, M931a2, M934a2, M925a2, M936a2, M927a2, M928a2, M929a2, etc.  This is a complete bolt on kit that we assemble in house.   The kit you will be purchasing includes everything you will need (no part runs, grinding, shimming, drilling, etc needed) with peak 80amp alternator, made in USA cast bracket, nuts and bolts all provided.   Kit includes written install instructions along with pictures and our phone number to call if you need any technical help here or with anything else on you truck.  No wiring splicing needed with this kit- simple install.  Alternator includes serpentine belt pulley already installed on alternator and our kit uses the stock serpentine belt.  This alternator is 80 AMP and has proven to be more reliable than the stock style generator which is prone to overcharging on fail mode which can damage gauges, ABS module, protective control box, etc.   Auction is for one complete kit.   If you have the older M939 A1/A0 series with the 855 Cummins with the double v pulley we do have these kits available also in another auction.   If we can assist you with other 6x6 parts let us know where we can help!  On the web Army 6x6 LLC Jim 5076762972.   "It's the service after the sale that counts"
